In the 21st century, mental health has never been more important. For us, mental wellbeing and physical wellbeing are the same.
Sex, love, heartbreak, one night stands, ghosting, crushes. They all affect our mental health in different, confusing and overwhelming ways sometimes.
It is important to recognise this. Be kind to yourself, empathetic to others and embrace these feelings. It's part of being a human being. Every single feeling you have is justified. The world of love and sex can be pretty scaring and it can make you feel things you have never felt before. Read, write and dive into our the minds and hearts of our shaggers.

In the 21st century, western concepts of gender have changed and become freer from the binary experienced throughout the past centuries in western history.
Gender is now seen as a spectrum that can be divided in different categories: gender identity, gender expression and sexuality.
SHAG wants to create a safe space for people to share their experiences with gender, whether it focus on identity, expression or sexuality. We want to educate one another through our personal experiences, whether you want to proudly own it to the world or chose to remain anonymous, we're here for both with no shame and no judgment.
